(Ages 8-13)
Monday - Friday: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 11:00am
(Ages 14-17)
Saturday: 9:00am - 10:00am
Boxing can build confidence and self-discipline, as they learn to set goals and work hard to achieve them. It improves physical fitness, enhancing coordination, strength, and endurance while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. Boxing also teaches emotional control and resilience, helping kids manage stress and channel their energy in a positive way. Additionally, it fosters teamwork and respect through training with peers and coaches, building strong social skills and character.
