If this is not done, the session will be counted as completed, and no refund or credit will be given. No call or no show is a loss of session without a refund. If you are at least 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your session. Clients with paid packages have a maximum allowance of two excused cancellations due to emergency or sudden illness. After two it will result in a loss of session without a refund. Please be considerate of my and other clients' time. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $70.00.
