Lamont is an adverse boxer and personal trainer who knows his stuff. His training style is proven to get you into shape and is a mix of authentic boxing and hi/low-intensity fitness. You are never stuck doing the same old boring routines with no results. He makes the workouts fun and understandable. He demonstrates movements to help you understand and is very personable to make the mood light and fun. He is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable being a beginner or not knowing something because of his non-judgmental and calm nature.
