Stepping into a boxing gym can feel overwhelming—especially for beginners. That’s exactly why Izzy’s Boxing and Fitness was created.

We built this space for those who might feel shy or unsure, offering more than just boxing training. Here, we help you break out of your shell—not only in the ring, but socially and personally as well. Every member matters, and we take pride in focusing on the individual journey.

At Izzy’s, our approach goes beyond fitness. Our programs are designed with a therapeutic touch, helping to strengthen not just the body, but the mind and confidence that carry into every aspect of life

Welcome to Izzy's Boxing and Fitness, where we are dedicated to helping

you reach your Boxing and Fitness goals. We offer Semi-private monthly sessions. It's simple to book. Click on any booking item and find a day and time that Coach Izzy has available and you'll receive a confirmation email. Monthly sessions are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6pm-7pm and Saturday 10am-11am only. These are semi-private sessions and can not be scheduled outside of the scheduled days and times.  Private sessions can be scheduled on any day and time based on the trainer's availability.

Our Family Boxing and Fitness group classes is all about mastering both fundamental and advanced boxing skills. You'll learn proper technique, from footwork to punches or get in shape  with our Fitness group classes while improving balance, toning, and weight loss.

Adult Training

These one-on-one training sessions give you personalized attention, Motivation, Accountability, and Faster Results.

5 sessions in and already noticing a difference. Coach Izzy is a great coach. He has a lot of knowledge & patience with teaching the technical parts of boxing. The space is great with all of the essentials and anybody from beginner to pro level would get better from Coach Izzy. Looking forward to continuing to train and progress.
